South/South Movement is seeking volunteers to join our Solidarity Helpdesk—an initiative offering support to students, researchers, and writers currently in Palestine.

We welcome volunteers from all fields and disciplines, including the social sciences, humanities, sciences, arts, law, health, and beyond, who can offer time and care in one or more of the following areas:

  • Mentoring on academic or creative work
  • Proofreading or light editing (academic and non-academic writing)
  • Supporting university or graduate school applications
  • Advising on scholarships, grants, or funding opportunities
  • Helping connect people to useful resources or networks
  • Facilitating workshops or skill-sharing sessions in areas such as research, writing, grant applications, art, organizing, or other practices of knowledge, justice, and liberation.

We welcome volunteers with any one of the above forms of knowledge or support.

This is a solidarity-based initiative that relies on care, consistency, and communication. By signing up, you are committing to being responsive and following through on the support you agree to offer. Please only sign up if you’re able to engage reliably.

We especially encourage people connected to or from the global souths to participate.

To volunteer, please fill out the form below. Let us know your background, interests, and how you’d like to contribute.

In solidarity,
South/South Movement
