I am a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge. My doctoral project tells a counter-history of the international legal doctrine of ‘Permanent Sovereignty over Natural Resources’ through an empirical exploration of the Indus Waters Treaty, 1960.
I am interested in histories of South Asia and international law, along with political economy.
